Manage Devices

See all Your Devices

To see all your devices, follow this step:

  • Navigate to the Devices page and select the All Devices or Ungrouped Devices menu items.

If you haven’t created any device groups yet, all your provisioned devices should show up as "ungrouped".

Click the name of a device in the main list to see more details for that device.

Install Software on a Single Device

If you just want to update the software on a single device, you can skip the normal workflow of creating update configurations and campaigns. You can install the software directly from the device details page.

To install a software version on a single device, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Devices page, select a device group, and select a device within that group.

  2. Click the primary ECU, and in the SOFTWARE section, locate the software that you want to install, and click the software name.

    • You should see a list of all applicable versions of that software.

  3. Select the version that you want to install.

    • In the right-hand PROPERTIES panel, you’ll see more details about the selected software version — the status should be Not Installed.

  4. Click the Install button at the bottom of the PROPERTIES section.

    • OTA Connect will remotely install the software version on your test device.
